Submissions instructions

Submission of abstracts must be done via the conference web site, as described below. Do not submit an abstract more than once. There is no limitation to the number of abstracts an author may submit. The text of the abstract must be between 350 and 400 words. References, photographs, diagrams, formulas or tables cannot be accepted as part of an abstract. The deadline for abstract submission is 15 October 2009.

Abstract required formats

Abstract should include concise title, full name, institutional affiliations and postal addresses of all authors. The name of corresponding author should be followed by asterisk (*). Please underline the name of presenting author. Provide pertinent contact information of corresponding author to whom all correspondence regarding this abstract should be sent.

The text should be typed in Arial font, size 10; single line spaced with double spaced between paragraphs. If two or more authors appear in the cited work, use only first author’s name and the abbreviation et al., References should be listed in alphabetical order and include only works that have been published.

Confirmation

After submitting the abstract, a confirmation of your abstract submission with your abstract ID number will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided. Please keep this confirmation for future reference and for any correspondence with the conference organizers.

Abstract review and acceptance

The acceptance of the abstract for oral and poster presentations will be based on the evaluation of submitted abstract. The accepted abstract will be published in the conference abstract book. The evaluation of the submitted abstracts will be conducted by the scientific and technical program committee of the Conference. The evaluation will be based upon the scientific and technical merits, relevance with the themes of the conference, informative nature, new information, stating objectives and results, expected generated interest, clarity, and compliance with the required formats. Corresponding authors will receive notification of acceptance maximum by the end of October via email.
